TRG's documentation for ECS/QCS is in GIBNEY$:[ECS.DOC]

Program runs from SERVICES$:[QCS]; source in CMS in SERVICES$:[SOURCE...]
Software is installed at BEANIE boot via BEANIESYSRTM.COM in Beanie's
SYS$MANAGER directory.

Global sections are written to OPS:[NSTX] aka
NSTX$QCS_DISK:[NSTX]

Deleting the 2 global sections 'control' and 'tree' fixed the problem
we saw Friday August 26, 2005.
