Find Waveform Files

$ WFDIR

  displays the waveform files  stored on magnetic disk or on the optical disks. You provide a shot number or shot range.

    $ WFDIR 55800
    $ WFDIR 55800-55802
     55800 on disk
     55801 on optical
     55802 on optical

$ WFGET

   explicitly retrieves waveforms from optical storage to the TFTR read cache. Although most programs will automatically access the optical disks, there may be times when you want to copy several files in advance. WFGET is defined in

    $ WFGET 55800-55802
    $ WFGET @SHOTS.LIS
