Parallel Service User Help

The Parallel Service queue server daemon handles step computation requests from serial jobs. The queue server daemon reserves a given number of cpus for computation when started and times out either when its reserved time is completed or the maximum idle time is reached. Steps are queued when the arrive and are run sequentially on a first-in, first-served basis.
