SVN backups -- 02/08/2010

This is also a list of every file required for TRANSP SVN.
The apache server and subversion are part of RHEL 5 so
backups are not listed here but they are on svnsrv.pppl.gov
and are backed up in the same manner as the files and
directories mentioned below.

The project area where the Subversion repositories are
kept in /p/svnowner which is also listed here.
