This paper is now available as a PDF document. Although it appears to be legible under AcrobatReader 3.0, it looks better with 4.0.

I still have the previous Web-based version, of the paper which used the IDVI Java applet. This does not seem to work with current versions of Netscape and will probably not be updated.
