The input is based on a format, with each line, (row), divided into 8 fields, each of 10 columns. eg. 1-10, 11-20 .... All the data is input as real numbers, conversion to integers occurs within the code whenever it is required. The first field is an exception and contains 2 digits in integer format. Table I shows the layout of the variables in the input file INEQU. note that the first card, NOT shown in Table is a text string of less than 81 characters and is used for identifying the output.
Note also that several variables are in boldface in the table. These are the variables most commonly set in the input. The other quantities are either not used or must have the preset value in the standard deck. Any changes made in these variables can cause unknown problems and should be treated with care.
