NOSURI

 Defines number of surfaces in the radial direction. 

 This must have the form 4 * M + 1, where M is a integer.

   Typically: 201


MTHI

 Defines number of theta divisions in the poloidal direction 

 This must be a power of 2, mthi = 2**k 

   Typically: 128


NCK

 Defines the matching point near the axis where an asymptotic fit is made with appropriate power series in psi 

   Typically nck = NOSURI /80 



 NPI, MJACI 

 These remain unchanged and define the PEST Jacobian
