Our present long-term goal is to develop the software tools for the computer modeling of transport phenomena in stellarators. The transport code is based on a system of equations, which consists of particle and power balance equations augmented by partial differential equations for radial electric field and toroidal current. The talk will present a computational methods used to solve the set of transport equations. Mathematically, the generic disease of the equations describing the transport is that they form a stiff set. Stiffness occurs because time-scales of electron and ion diffusivity and variation of radial electric field change in a wide range. The talk will also give an overview of components planned to include in Transport Code. Initial code's framework, which is used to test ideas, algorithms and new modules will be demonstrated.
