Max Planck Princeton Research Center for Plasma Physics at Princeton University Plasma Physics Laboratory is seeking a full time computational fusion plasma physicist at post doctoral level to participate in a research effort aimed at nonlinear simulation of energetic particle instabilities and transport in tokamak plasma. The post doc is expected to perform code verification and validation and investigate interaction between energetic particle-driven instabilities and background thermal plasma. It is preferred that the candidate has fundamental knowledge on fusion plasma physics and has substantial experience in fluid or kinetic simulations. Qualified applicants should apply at jobs.princeton.edu - and send a curriculum vita and bibliography and arrange to have two letters of recommendation sent as soon as possible for full consideration. Letters can be mailed to Guoyong Fu, Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, James Forrestal Campus, P.O. Box 451, Princeton, NJ 08543 or email them to fu@pppl.gov.
