7.3: MACROS

The Macsyma Macro facility is now available. BUILDQ is a MACSYMA function for constructing pieces of code to be executed. It will be very useful in conjunction with macros, but may have other applications as well. More documentation will be forthcoming as we receive feedback from users saying what questions are not answered by the existing documentation.
