Since Unix is now more than 20 years old, there are several disconnected ways in which documentation is provided to the user. The main ways are man pages, info, the web, command-line prompts and other on-line aids, specialized document viewers, miscellaneous files, and finally printed manuals and books. Finally, it sometimes necessary to ask someone for help.
