NSTX SQL Logbook

For NSTX runs, comments and info must be entered into the NSTX logbook.

 tr_post.pl runs
 $CODESYSDIR/source/mdspro/transpinf.pro

 If transpinf.pro returns an error, email is sent to Transp_Suppor.
 
To run manually:
idl
.compile /p/pshare/svn/transp/codesys/source/mdspro/transpinf.pro
transpinf, '$tok', '$year', '$shot', '$try'

e.g.
transpinf, 'NSTX', '12', '123456', 'A01'

 If anything changes to SQL, 
 tr_<user>/nstxlogs.sybase_login may have to be changed.

Note:
 New tr_<user> accounts are initialized from:
 /u/transpdir/AAA_SKELETON/
