One month prior to the expiration date, the user who is responsible for the account will be receiving an email from 'actrg@pppl.gov' informing them it's time to renew the paper work for the account. Messages will be sent by us at these intervals or until the paperwork is renewed or the account expires. The first message is sent 30 days before the expiration date of the account. The next message is sent 20 days prior to account expiration, then messages are sent at the 20 day, 15 day, 10 day, 5 day, 4 day, 3 day, 2 day, and finally1 day mark prior to account expiration. Each message will contain a link the user must click on to get to the renewal page. No username or password is needed for the 'transp only users, just click on the link provided.

If NO CHANGES are needed, Please CLICK ON THE RENEW ACCOUNT button on

Then CLICK ON THE LOGOUT phrase on the top of
the page to the right of your username.
This will complete the process
for another year.
If CHANGES ARE NEEDED, Please CLICK ON THE EDIT button on the bottom of
the page. A new screen will come up that will allow you to make whatever
changes are necessary to make your information current.
Once you have
completed your updated, please CLICK ON THE UPDATE button on the bottom
of the page.
You will be returned to the previous screen.
Please verify that all the
information you changed is correct. Once it is, Please CLICK ON THE
LOGOUT phrase on the top of the page to the right of your username. This
will complete the process for another year.
Once this has all been completed, an email is sent to the person listed as the supervisor/sponsor for approval. Following the approval at this level, the account information is sent to our cyber security officer for approval. Once all approvals are received, the renewal is actually completed.
If anyone has issues with this process, they should send an email to Helpdesk advising them of the situation and we can work on correcting the problem.
