Creating PDF files from PS or EPS:

Macintosh:
    1) Chooser:  AppleShare:  Distiller...

    2) Open Distiller folder icon

    3) Drag postscript file to "In" folder

    4) *CLOSE* the distiller folder

    5) Re-open Distiller folder

    6) Check "Out" folder:  should contain both original ps and new pdf.

Unix:
    > ps2pdf input.ps >output.pdf

   Display pdf using Acrobat.  Copy-and-Paste from Acrobat.
