To test ppcc data acquisition, possibly in conjunction with
rtc and the pcs using PC10 "Local Cycle" page:

  On Kees:   $ set default NSTX$:[ppcc.com]
             $ @engineering_testshot

  On rich (assuming that acq program is running):
             > declare_evt ENGINEERING_TESTSHOT  1234

  Kees procedure will:
    o Declare "rich_SOS":  causes acq and pcs to reset
    o Declare "NSTX_SHOTTREE_CREATED":  causes pcs final lockout
    o Create MDSplus tree for shot 1234 (for example)

  On epics PC10 page:  START

Acq cycle should run and data written to the Engineering tree.
