    a.  Fixed bug so color map does not become empty.

1.  Fixed problem where users on the new PPL subnet had to enter passphrase to run web services.
2.  Web service users are prompted if their el_ or tr_ account is not active on the PPL server side.
3.  All rplot graphs printed to 1 PDF file, including automated rplot output from Between Shots TRANSP.
4.  Pest web service will display output graphs of sines, cosines, and Eigen vectors.
5.  Restored functionality of NSTX Web Tools service for creating graphs of data from shots.
6.  Added option for equal scaling of X-Y axes in graphs. 
     The number of pixels per unit length will be the same for both axes. 
     This is useful for showing an accurately scaled cross section in meters, e.g. 
     Access this option from GraphWindow pop-up menu, can be saved in a template file.
7.  Contour line plots are color-coded with a color gradient. 
     The default gradient corresponds to the color gradient of color map plots.
8.  The GraphEditor window can be resized and the layout of some of its pages has been improved.
9.  Added pop-up menu to copy and paste text in status panels, console window, and terminal windows.
10.  What's New added under Help menu to show this list of new features.

Between shots TRANSP:
   1.  When the run is submitted ElVis will start monitoring the run. 
   2.  A window with 4 graphs will be displayed when the run starts. 
   3.  The graphs will be updated as the run progresses. 
   4.  When the run is complete another window will be displayed with 9 graphs from an rplot script.
