MINGL is a collection of INGRES
database utilities which includes database management
tools, table construction from SNAP, TRANSP,
waveform, Ufile, and raw data, and the LOCUS and INGRES
programs. MINGL allows you to switch between the various
programs while staying connected to your database. MINGL is
defined with $ SETUP LOCUS INGRES. See the ``Users' Guide to
the MINGL Database System for TFTR'' by Dick Wieland who
maintains MINGL. When in MINGL, use the PF2 keypad
key for help. To execute:
