CREATE Mode

• Contents of <runid>AUX.TMP File

  #USER_ID = ... User name, `whoami` (e.g. "rbudny")
  
  The following is Optional:
    Note: At this time there are no options
  

• REQUEST file
  The REQUEST file must specify:

  #MDS_SERVER = "PPPL"
  #TREE = "PPPL"
  #MDS_OUTPUT = PPPL
  

• The <runid>CC.TMP File
  This is a "text" file, containing the user's comment.
