Linear Growth Rates for D3D shot 81499 at 4.000 secs

Here are the gyrofluid linear growth rates for D3D shot 81499 at 4.000 secs. For a first test case, I am using n_i=n_e (no impurities or beams), adiabatic electrons, and circular concentric flux surfaces. I have used Lang Lao's profiles for the input parameters: q, s, Ti/Te, L_n/R, L_Ti/R, and r/R. This is the growth rate maximized over k_theta rho_i; I also show the k_theta rho_i which maximized gamma.

These results are in qualitative agreement with Gary's linear results and John Mandrekas's results on the cyclone web page. --Mike.
