CUPLOT can read and plot many different types of TFTR data, including waveforms, results files (Ufiles), raw data, Snap output, Globe output, and Transp output. If you are unfamiliar with PPPL data file access and archiving, see Appendix B. CUPLOT figures out what kind of data you want to access from the format of the data element name.
