Cyclotron frequency

The cyclotron frequency is the frequency at which a particle undergoes gyro motion . The frequency is:

$\Omega_{ce}=\frac{eB}{m_e c}$

and for ions it is:

$\Omega_{ci}=\frac{ZeB}{m_i c}$
