This guide explains how to use CUPLOT, a PPPL-developed utility program to access, manipulate, and display TFTR data on the VAXcluster. CUPLOT can read TFTR waveforms, raw data, Ufiles (results files), Snap and Globe output, and Transp output. A plot page can have one to 48 X/Y plot frames, each with one or more curves. Two dimensional data can be displayed as one or two surface plots, or as one or more overlaid sets of contours. A variety of options are available to modify the plot appearance. Manipulation tools include smoothing algorithms, curve fits, Fourier Transforms, and a vector calculator.
